A storm system is expected to bring severe weather today to parts of the Southeast and the Ohio River Valley. A risk of high wind and isolated tornadoes will stretch from the South Carolina-Georgia line down into Florida.

Weather is delaying this morning's start of the Masters. The Augusta National Golf Club says the first round will not begin until at least 10:30 a.m. Eastern.

Jon Rahm will be looking to add another green jacket to his list of accolades when he defends his title at the 2024 Masters Tournament. Tiger Woods is making his return. Woods is hoping to break his tie with Sam Snead for most Tour championships. The 15-time major champion is in a group with Jason Day and Max Homa.

The risk of tornadoes will be greater in eastern Ohio, West Virginia and into parts of Pennsylvania.

Heavy rain is expected in the region, where water levels are already elevated.
